Implementation Lead for SmarterDx’s clinical documentation solution in healthcare settings

The Implementation Lead will drive the operational and technical deployment of the clinical documentation solution from contract signing through go-live, leading implementations that directly influence physician workflows and documentation quality. This role involves defining milestones, coordinating integration, facilitating workflow discovery sessions, and providing essential at-the-elbow support during deployment phases.

This role involves partnering with Customer Success leadership to prioritize and drive the strategic roadmap for a portfolio of programs, ensuring alignment with executive business objectives. A key function is establishing program governance, standards, and accountability while overseeing delivery and providing clear updates to executive stakeholders.

The Senior Product Manager will drive the strategy, development, and enhancement of clinical AI product offerings by deeply understanding users and collaborating across engineering, data science, and data engineering teams. Key duties include owning the product roadmap, leading cross-functional teams through the development lifecycle, and building infrastructure for safe, scalable machine learning model deployment and evaluation.
