Job Description

• Coordinate and track execution of vendor agreements including NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, amendments, and renewals • Manage contract routing, approvals, and signature collection • Maintain accurate vendor and contract records • Support vendor onboarding and validation of documentation • Partner with business owners to document requirements and pricing • Liaise between Procurement, Legal, Finance, business teams, and vendors • Review pricing schedules, invoices, SLAs, and service descriptions • Produce reporting on contract activity, vendor status, and spend • Support monitoring of vendor performance and KPIs • Track corrective action plans and remediation effort • Identify over- or under-utilization of vendors • Support RFP development and proposal analysis • Document procurement workflows and policies • Support rollout of procurement tools and governance

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or 1–3 years of relevant experience
Excellent organizational and analytical skills
Ability to translate business requirements into structured documentation
Comfortable learning procurement and contract management systems
Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
