Job Description

Smarter Technologies is seeking a Procurement & Vendor Operations Analyst to support the execution and ongoing operation of our enterprise procurement and vendor management function. This role is foundational to ensuring contract governance, vendor onboarding, data accuracy, and reporting discipline across a growing portfolio of operating companies. The Analyst will work closely with Procurement, Legal, Finance, and business stakeholders while gaining exposure to strategic sourcing, supplier performance management, and RFP activities. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or 1–3 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to translate business requirements into structured documentation
  • Comfortable learning procurement and contract management systems
  • Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Nice To Haves
  • Familiarity with business contracts preferred
  • Interest in long-term career growth in procurement
  • Compensation
  • $90K to $110K
