Job Requirements
- EpicCare Inpatient - Clinical Documentation certification.
- 5+ years of experience implementing clinical AI tools within hospital or health system environments.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to successfully lead and execute complex implementation projects within defined timelines.
- Deep understanding of Epic’s inpatient clinical documentation workflows, including how they intersect with CDI and Coding.
- Elite communication skills and executive presence with proven ability to engage disparate groups of clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders while guiding them through change.
