Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you and GoApplyJob ("GoApplyJob," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website, applications, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Authority

You represent that you are at least the age of majority where you live and have the legal capacity to accept these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Service Description

GoApplyJob provides job discovery and related workflow tools. We may add, remove, or modify features at any time. We do not guarantee job listing availability, interview opportunities, hiring outcomes, or continued access to any third-party source.

3. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service in violation of applicable law or regulation.
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or degrade Service performance or security.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems, data, or other user accounts.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or misuse the Service beyond permitted use.
  • Use bots or automated scraping in ways that violate our technical controls or policies.

5. Payments, Subscriptions, and Cancellation

Paid features are offered under plan terms displayed at checkout. Card-based subscriptions may recur until canceled. Crypto payments are generally one-time unless explicitly stated otherwise. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge applicable fees and taxes. All payment processing is subject to the terms of the selected payment provider.

Cancellation and refund handling are governed by our Refund Policy and applicable payment-provider rules.

6. Third-Party Content and Links

The Service may include links to third-party websites and job listings. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, terms, privacy practices, or availability. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including software, branding, text, and design (excluding third-party content), is owned by GoApplyJob or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, no rights are granted to copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GOAPPLYJOB AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO GOAPPLYJOB FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GoApplyJob from claims, liabilities, damages, and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of applicable law.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created legal risk, or threatened platform integrity or security.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where GoApplyJob operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to resolve disputes in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective when posted with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
