Job Description

The Client Support Specialist provides operational and communication support across client engagements and internal teams. This role is responsible for ensuring consistent coordination, accurate documentation, and professional interaction in a fully remote environment. Serve as a point of contact for routine client communications and support requests Coordinate scheduling for meetings, project updates, and internal collaboration sessions Maintain accurate records, documentation, and tracking systems Assist with preparation, formatting, and distribution of client materials Monitor timelines and follow up on deliverables to ensure timely completion Support internal teams with workflow coordination and administrative tasks Maintain professional communication standards across all interactions

Job Requirements

  • Prior experience in client support, administrative coordination, customer service, or operations support
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and organizational ability
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote work setting
  • Proficiency with standard productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office or similar platforms)
  • Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace
  • Fully remote position (U.S.-based candidates)
  • Full-time schedule (Monday–Friday)
