The ServiceNow Developer is responsible for creating technical designs from business requirements detailing the build and execution of solutions within the platform, leveraging functional expertise to develop enterprise business solutions aligning with Service Management best practices. Key duties include developing processes and applications on ServiceNow, designing workflows, writing functional requirements, customizing applications, and performing system testing.

The analyst will assist with Financial Investigation Unit (FIU) functions, including the analysis, investigation, and disposition of alerts from automated surveillance software, completing case investigations, and preparing Suspicious Activity Report (SAR) filings. Essential functions involve analyzing internal accounts for suspicious activity, conducting internal investigations, interviewing witnesses, and performing forensic research using bank systems and surveillance footage.
