Job Description
• Communicate with users via chats and emails about our websites and services
• Escalate complex requests to other departments
• We have a 30-minute break and Slack Huddle for team interaction to stay sharp
• Develop professional skills through trainings and lectures for further career advancement.
Job Requirements
- English (B2+) and Chinese (HSK 4): please note this is listed first — it is very important to us!
- Experience working with customers: by email, chat and/or in person
- Proactiveness and organizational skills: we encourage raising issues and proposing solutions. Ability to take ownership of outcomes and errors and manage your working time during shifts
- Desire to learn and grow in IT: most team leads started from junior positions.
