Job Description
Job Requirements
- Everyone on the team needs to be an expert in our product so they can listen to the client, understand their needs, and configure the product to deliver the best results.
- Be well-informed, detail-oriented, and easy to work with in every interaction.
- Work under Client Success Managers initially and progress to managing your own clients as skills grow.
- Ability to meet regularly with the product team to advocate for product enhancements.
- Resume required (application form)
- Will you now, or in the future, require sponsorship (i.e. H-1B visa, etc.) to legally work in the U.S.? (required application question)
