The Implementation Manager owns product delivery projects, leading the onboarding, expansion, and upgrading of new and existing customers on the Company platform through planning and execution. They function as the key technical stakeholder, leading architecture discussions and managing setup, troubleshooting, testing, and go-lives.

Serve as clinical and technical liaison for neurovascular AI solutions: translate clinical workflows into product implementations, deliver demos and training, manage pre- and post-sales solutioning, gather client feedback, drive adoption, and coordinate projects to ensure alignment between commitments and outcomes.
