Job Description

• Manage day-to-day operations of CRM systems. • Ensure data integrity and perform regular data audits and cleanups. • Create and manage workflows, automations, and reporting dashboards. • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead management and conversion strategies. • Train team members on CRM usage and best practices. • Monitor CRM performance and propose improvements.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).
  • Strong analytical, technical, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in data analysis and CRM customization.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Experience integrating CRM with other business systems (preferred).
  • Background in sales or marketing support (preferred).
  • No bad records from previous employers and no derogatory records.
  • Must pass required assessment and screening.
  • System Requirements: Minimum Intel i5 processor, 8GB RAM, Windows 10 or higher; Two monitors for desktops OR an external monitor for laptops; Stable wired connection with at least 100 Mbps speed; Secondary internet source or backup location; Uninterrupted power supply for at least 8 hours or backup location within 30 minutes; Dedicated quiet workspace; Noise-canceling headset.
