Job Description
• Provide strong milk quality technical information to sales and service teams
• Utilize current and new technology for milk quality
• Monitor, evaluate, and ensure the highest quality of milk production
• Audit customer facilities and provide improvement suggestions
• Support Dairy Sanitation Service team with audit results
• Provide technical sales and support for dairy Sanitation Sales and Service teams
• Establish contacts with dairy consultants
• Coordinate technical training for Micro employees and dairy customers
• Interact with leadership to assist in business growth goals
• Identify and implement new Dairy Sanitation products
• Develop training programs for Dairy Sanitation Service and Sales teams
Job Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in Dairy Sanitation/Milk Quality specifically in the dairy industry
- Associates degree preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Experience needed to assess Milking equipment systems at the dairy
- Ability to organize/Train/Communicate a team approach to understanding goals and execute on plan
- Broad knowledge of Dairy Sanitation products for dairies and strong understanding of Milk Quality troubleshooting
- Proven sales experience in the dairy industry
- Bilingual a plus, but not mandatory
