Job Description
• Assess legacy IBM Case Manager and FileNet solutions.
• Design and execute modernization strategies using IBM BAW.
• Migrate and refactor case-based workflows into BAW applications.
• Configure process flows, business rules, and work assignment logic.
• Implement low-code solutions to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Enable operational reporting and workflow insights.
• Support initial engagement of 40–50 hours with potential ongoing work.
• Collaborate with stakeholders in a fully remote environment.
Job Requirements
- Must Have: IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW)
- IBM Case Manager modernization
- IBM FileNet P8
- BAW Case and Process applications
- Workflow orchestration and rule modeling
- Low-code automation in IBM BAW
- API and system integrations
- BAW dashboards and reporting
- IBM Workflow Assistant or AI-assisted workflow exposure
- Hands-on experience delivering IBM BAW solutions
- Proven experience in modernizing enterprise case management platforms
- Strong understanding of case-based and process-driven workflows
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a consulting model
