Job Description
Job Requirements
- Qualified applicants must live within California, with a significant preference for Central CA (Bay Area/Fresno) for regular client travel
- Motivate and coach plant/facility management and teams
- Guide the development of overall continuous improvement plans
- Facilitate training workshops and onsite energy audits and other one-on-one events
- Analyze performance of industrial processes using monitoring equipment and statistical analysis
- Write reports for technical and non-technical audiences
- Conduct site walk-throughs to identify energy savings opportunities
- Develop site improvement plans
- Use MS Word to create high-quality documentation following proper styles, cross-referencing, and professional layout standards
- Develop visually engaging and well-structured presentations in MS PowerPoint, applying advanced design features for clarity and impact
- Create and customize slide masters to ensure consistent branding and layout across all slides
- Demonstrate familiarity with formulas and graphical data representation/interpretation in Excel
