Role Description

We’re hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, enterprise customer engagements across our consulting and delivery teams. This role is for someone who knows how to bring structure to ambiguity, build trust with senior stakeholders, and keep teams moving forward—without losing sight of the human side of delivery.

You’ll partner closely with enterprise customers, internal delivery leaders, and cross‑functional teams to drive successful outcomes across cloud, data, infrastructure, and application initiatives. If you thrive in client‑facing environments, enjoy solving hard problems, and take pride in delivering work that truly matters, this role is for you.

  • Own end‑to‑end delivery of enterprise customer engagements, from kickoff through successful completion
  • Partner with customers to establish clear goals, scope, timelines, and success measures—and keep everyone aligned as things evolve
  • Lead cross‑functional delivery teams, fostering accountability, collaboration, and momentum
  • Proactively manage risks, dependencies, budgets, and timelines, escalating issues early and thoughtfully
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings, status reviews, and executive‑level communications with clarity and confidence
  • Adapt delivery approaches across Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid models based on customer needs
  • Maintain high‑quality project artifacts and ensure delivery standards are consistently met
  • Continuously look for ways to improve delivery processes, team effectiveness, and the overall customer experience

This is a remote position.

Qualifications

  • 4-6+ years of Project Management leading enterprise-level projects.
  • Proficiency in managing projects using Waterfall, Hybrid and Agile methodologies in a client-facing role.
  • Proven experience managing projects across Microsoft cloud, infrastructure, data, and application delivery environments.
  • Demonstrated track record of increasing leadership responsibility and career growth in project and engagement management including client interactions beyond scope/schedule/budget communications.
  • Experience leading teams of 5-12+ members with budgets over $500,000.
  • Strong ability to build trust and credibility with enterprise customers, including senior and executive stakeholders.
  • Experience leading distributed teams and navigating delivery across time zones.
  • Comfortable guiding multiple workstreams and teams concurrently, with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • A customer‑first mindset with a track record of driving outcomes—not just managing tasks.
  • Confidence facilitating difficult conversations, resolving conflicts, and managing change.
  • Project management certifications such as PMP, PMI‑ACP, CSM, or PSM are strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft tools and project delivery platforms such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar.
  • This is a remote position but we prefer candidates in Central or Eastern time zones.

What Sets You Apart

  • Consulting experience working directly with enterprise customers.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to connect delivery decisions to customer value.
  • Experience leading Microsoft‑focused delivery initiatives or working within the Microsoft partner ecosystem.
  • A natural coaching mindset—you help teams grow while delivering results.
  • US Citizens and Green Card holders are encouraged to apply. We are unable to offer sponsorship at this time.
