Job Description
Job Requirements
- Demonstrate strong consulting skills acquired through previous experience working in a client-facing role.
- Proven experience in successfully sourcing talent across multiple geographies.
- Possess knowledge and ability to communicate insights on global talent markets.
- Ability to quickly establish and build effective working relationships.
- Prior experience in successfully operating in a geographically dispersed team is a plus.
- Associate's degree required (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Minimum of five years of related work experience (AEC industry experience is highly preferred).
