This role serves as the strategic HR business partner for multisite operations across the Bakery Platform, providing leadership and oversight for all human resources activities. Key duties include shaping and executing HR strategy to support business performance, talent development, workforce planning, and fostering an engaged culture across multiple locations.

This role supports candidates through the full general labor hiring process, including application review, screening, scheduling, offering, and onboarding setup. The coordinator also partners with leadership and outside vendors to ensure a positive candidate experience and manages requisitions within the ATS.

The Talent Acquisition Business Partner develops and executes recruitment strategies for non-exempt and exempt roles, acting as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders and HR Business Partners. This involves consulting on recruitment best practices, ensuring compliance, and making data-driven hiring decisions.
