About the Role
As our Senior GTM Recruiter, you will recruit all non-technical team members working to advance AI adoption in the enterprise.
You will design and run the hiring engine that ensures we scale with quality and speed. This means anticipating needs, defining role profiles that are still emerging in the market, and partnering closely with sales, delivery, partnerships and marketing leadership to build the teams that meet and accelerate customer demand.
This role is ideal for someone who operates with urgency, judgment, high ownership, and who wants to play a meaningful role in the growth of a fast-moving AI company.
Key Responsibilities
Hire for Tribe’s most important GTM and delivery roles: Enterprise AEs, Sales Managers, Sales Engineers, as well as key hires for Marketing, Partnerships and Delivery.
Build a scalable, high-quality hiring engine: Create structured processes, scorecards, and interview frameworks that raise the bar as we grow.
Own full-cycle recruiting for all non-technical roles: Source, evaluate, and close exceptional candidates with the technical aptitude and consultative skills required to succeed in applied AI.
Develop strong and sustainable top-of-funnel pipelines: Use outbound sourcing, referrals, events, content marketing and creative research strategies to identify talent in a fast-evolving market.
Partner closely with leadership: Define emerging role profiles, forecast hiring needs, and ensure recruiting strategy maps to business priorities.
Build for leverage: Manage external search partners with clear expectations and performance standards, and identify and onboard any additional support you need to scale.
Drive operational excellence across the funnel: Own analytics for time to hire, conversion rates, and quality of hire. Install improvements that support rapid growth without compromising quality.
About You
5+ years recruiting GTM talent such as AEs, Account Managers and Sales Managers
Proven success owning full-cycle recruiting and closing high-caliber candidates
Experience partnering directly with GTM and delivery leaders
Experience managing external recruiting firms
Strong communication, candidate engagement, and stakeholder management skills
High judgment, operational rigor, and comfort in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
Experience recruiting technical or hybrid technical talent, especially in AI, ML, or engineering-adjacent domains
Experience hiring for services organizations (consulting, implementation, solutions delivery).
Familiarity with the AI landscape
