Reporting directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager, the Talent Acquisition Partner will partner directly with TA & HR to lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for our hourly field associates, including Guest Sales Associates & Wax Specialists, and most importantly, assist with employee experience as their hires continue growing their careers at EWC Growth. Below are the key responsibilities expected for this role:
Strategic Talent Partnership
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, hiring plans, and role requirements
- Advise leaders on market trends, talent availability, and compensation insights
- Develop proactive sourcing strategies for retail field, corporate, and distribution roles
- Support workforce planning during peak retail seasons and new store openings
- Engage/create employee surveys at the 30, 60, and 90 days from the new hires start date
Full-Cycle Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding transition
- Lead high-volume hiring for retail store teams (e.g., Store Managers, Assistant Managers, Beauty Advisors)
- Recruit for corporate roles including marketing, merchandising, supply chain, finance, and e-commerce
- Maintain consistent and structured interview processes
Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
- Champion the employer brand across job postings, LinkedIn, and recruiting platforms
- Deliver a seamless, inclusive, and engaging candidate experience
- Support retail hiring events, job fairs, and community-based recruitment initiatives
Talent Pipeline & Sourcing
- Build diverse talent pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and industry communities
- Develop relationships within the beauty and retail talent market
- Maintain evergreen pipelines for critical retail and leadership roles
Metrics & Process Optimization
- Track KPIs such as time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, and employee retention
- Maintain accurate data within ATS systems (e.g., Workable, Greenhouse, Bullhorn)
- Identify process improvements to enhance speed, efficiency, and hiring quality
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of full-cycle retail recruiting experience
- Experience in beauty, retail, fashion, or consumer brands preferred
- Proven success in high-volume retail hiring (10+ candidates per month)
- Strong sourcing and direct outreach experience
- Familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., Lever, iCIMS)
- Strong stakeholder management and consultative skills
- Ability to engage & create employee experience surveys to foster a positive workplace culture
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
