Job Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in supplements, natural products, or consumer packaged goods
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Experience working with retail buyers or distributors preferred
- Self-driven and comfortable working in a commission-based environment
- Strong organization and pipeline management skills
Benefits
- Commission is calculated on net collected revenue (cash received by the company after returns, chargebacks, allowances, and credits).
- Commission Rates 1.5% on net revenue from existing accounts
- 4.0% on net revenue from new accounts and approved expansion revenue
- Accelerator of +0.5% on incremental revenue above quarterly targets
- Commission is earned only after customer payment is received and reconciled.
- Commissions are paid twice monthly within 15 days after receipt of payment.
- A 90-day commission tail applies to purchase orders resulting from documented opportunities initiated prior to termination and recorded in the CRM.
- Bonuses are available for:
- Achieving weekly SKU velocity targets across designated products
- Securing store expansion approvals
- Obtaining authorization for new SKUs
- Securing promotional features or placements that meet margin requirements
