This role involves managing Emergency Medical Services (EMS) operations for a national repair and service provider specializing in commercial foodservice and refrigeration equipment. The manager will oversee comprehensive mechanical services covering cooking equipment, refrigeration, HVAC, and beverage systems.

The Installer will be responsible for providing repair and service for commercial foodservice, refrigeration, and cold storage equipment for Smart Care's national client base. This includes comprehensive mechanical services across various equipment types, maintaining the company's reputation for high-quality service.

The Dispatcher will serve as the central hub, scheduling and dispatching service technicians based on priority, location, and skill set while coordinating daily routes for maximum efficiency. This role involves communicating with customers to confirm appointments, updating schedules as needed, and assisting technicians with job details and parts coordination.

The role involves providing repair and service for commercial foodservice, refrigeration, and cold storage equipment, including HVAC systems. Technicians will service a wide range of equipment types across various customer sectors nationwide.

The technician will partner with restaurant and hospitality managers to provide comprehensive service solutions for commercial cooking, refrigeration, ware-washing, and specialty food service equipment. This involves properly troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing this equipment while maintaining accurate administrative documents and following safe work practices.

The technician will perform preventative maintenance, diagnose, and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment, including rooftop units and various cooling systems. Responsibilities also involve troubleshooting electrical and mechanical components and clearly communicating system performance and recommendations to customers.
