The role involves leading the design and evolution of secure, resilient, and scalable notification platform infrastructure, including event-driven architectures and multi-channel delivery systems. Responsibilities also include owning end-to-end platform delivery, driving SRE practices, and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to set platform direction and deliver integrations.
