Dispatcher

National Food Equipment Services is growing, and we’re looking for a highly organized Dispatcher to help keep our service operations running smoothly. In this role, you’ll be the central hub between our technicians, customers, and internal team—making sure service calls are scheduled efficiently and technicians have what they need to succeed in the field.

What You’ll Do
Schedule and dispatch service technicians to customer locations based on priority, location, and skill set
Coordinate daily technician routes to maximize efficiency and response time
Communicate with customers to confirm appointments and provide service updates
Monitor technician progress throughout the day and adjust schedules as needed
Enter and maintain accurate service call information in the dispatch system
Assist technicians with job details, parts coordination, and documentation
Handle incoming service requests via phone and email
Work closely with service managers to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
Previous dispatching, scheduling, or service coordination experience preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Ability to prioritize and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with computer systems and scheduling software
Experience in HVAC, equipment service, or field service environments is a plus
