The Senior Technical Consultant is responsible for configuring the Logik (Configure, Price, Quote) application based on leading practices to achieve customer outcomes, acting as the functional and technical expert in customer engagements. This involves participating in workshops, designing and delivering Logik solutions with sound technical architecture, and providing oversight for code testing.

This role is responsible for defining and executing the global technology partner strategy, focusing on building and scaling an ecosystem of technology partners to extend the platform and drive growth. The Director will collaborate cross-functionally to align alliances with product strategy and go-to-market objectives, including developing GTM plans and enabling joint solutions.

This role manages technology operations supporting retail store deployments, utilizing ITIL practices for asset, service, and change management while resolving technical challenges and escalating issues for root cause analysis. The manager will also be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all technical components of technology solutions implementation projects across dispensaries.

The Advisor will provide strategic guidance on industry trends, technology, and market opportunities while supporting the evaluation of potential investments and emerging startups. Key duties also include introducing high-quality founders and contributing to the development of the firm's investment theses.
