Key Account Director interfacing with complex homebuilders for Higharc's enterprise market
This role involves leading complex, multi-threaded sales cycles for transformative platform deals with the largest homebuilders, owning the full lifecycle from initial engagement through closing multi-million dollar contracts. The director will also build executive-level relationships and drive enterprise expansion strategy post-close to scale deployments company-wide.
The specialist will execute option mapping strategies to ensure clean and accurate option data is entered into Company Studio, enabling correct pricing and configuration for homebuilders. This involves reviewing ERP export files, recreating or re-mapping options in various Company tools, and maintaining meticulous records of all mapping activities.
