Job Description

• Actively listen and advocate for customers • Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently • Educate customers about available resources • Anticipate customer needs and provide proactive solutions • Collaborate with team members to address service issues • Document all customer correspondence

Job Requirements

  • 6+ months of customer service experience
  • Basic computer skills
  • Must live in the Eastern Standard Time Zone
  • 1+ years of customer service experience in a contact center environment (preferred)
  • 1+ years of claims, provider, dental, medical or other related healthcare experience (preferred)
  • Microsoft Office experience preferred
