• Post and manage job openings across platforms • Coordinate interview scheduling across candidates and interviewers • Screen resumes and support early-stage candidate review • Maintain ATS accuracy and candidate communication • Track interview feedback and ensure timely decision-making • Partner closely with the Director of Talent Acquisition to keep hiring on track • Identify operational gaps and improve recruiting workflows
