Job Description
• Lead full-cycle recruiting for specialized roles across multiple functions
• Partner with hiring managers to define needs and craft effective hiring strategies
• Source top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, and assessment platforms
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate skills and cultural fit
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for future hiring needs
• Collaborate across time zones to ensure smooth, timely hiring processes
• Represent Acclaro’s brand and values in every candidate interaction
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally with specialized searches
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent professional or military experience
- Proficient in English
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- Tech-savvy and adept at using recruiting tools and platforms
- Experience in SaaS, recruitment agencies, or the localization industry is a plus
- Skilled in Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques
