Role Description
This role involves driving sales growth in the Enterprise Mobility sector.
- Prospect and develop new business across multiple verticals, with an initial focus on Transportation & Logistics (including warehousing/distribution)
- Build relationships with senior leaders and executive decision-makers
- Generate and manage your own pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, and industry engagement
- Lead full-cycle consultative sales engagements from discovery through close
- Represent DAO Group at trade shows and customer events as needed
- Identify market opportunities and contribute to go-to-market strategy
- Collaborate with leadership and technical teams to deliver successful customer outcomes
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of B2B sales experience in Enterprise Mobility, barcode/data capture, rugged devices, mobile printing, or MDM solutions
- Proven success selling to senior management and executive-level stakeholders
- Strong outbound prospecting and cold-calling skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable building something, not inheriting it
- Excellent communication, presentation, and closing skills
- Based in or willing to relocate to the Virginia Beach, VA area (remote flexibility for the right candidate)
- Willingness to travel for trade shows and client meetings
Requirements
- Direct experience with Datalogic, Honeywell, Brother, Zebra, or SOTI solutions
- Experience in Transportation & Logistics (including warehousing/distribution) vertical
- Existing industry relationships within mobility, logistics, or field operations
- 7+ years of advanced B2B sales experience, including complex solution selling, multi-department buying cycles, and executive-level negotiations
- Demonstrated success closing larger, strategic accounts
- Bachelor's degree
