About the Job Opportunity
As a
Territory Manager
, you will represent Revanix Biomedical, a division of PartsSource. Revanix is a leading national surgical and biomedical repair provider, partnering with hospitals and surgery centers across the country. Revanix exists to reduce equipment downtime by delivering expert repairs with the precision and quality typically expected only from the OEM. This role focuses on managing existing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
You’ll gain hands-on exposure to biomedical and surgical equipment services while building foundational skills in healthcare sales, relationship management, and territory growth. This is an ideal opportunity for early-career professionals looking to launch a long-term career in healthcare technology and services.
What You’ll Do
Customer Relationship Management & Account Growth
Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital and clinical stakeholders
Conduct on-site meetings to present PartsSource services and value proposition
Follow up proactively to ensure satisfaction and identify expansion opportunities
Support customer retention through consistent, value-driven engagement
S
ales Development & Pipeline Management
Generate new leads through outreach, referrals, and territory activity
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and activity tracking in CRM
Work toward monthly and quarterly sales objectives
Collaborate with marketing and service teams to support growth initiatives
Service Coordination & Brand Representation
Act as a trusted point of contact for customer questions and service coordination
Partner with technical and operations teams to support service delivery
Share customer feedback to improve offerings and processes
Represent the PartsSource brand with professionalism and integrity

Job Requirements
- Your Background
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage priorities independently in a field-based role
- Comfort using Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Willingness to travel locally within the Dallas territory
- Bilingual Spanish/English skills a plus
- Healthcare, medical device, or B2B sales exposure preferred but not required
