- 15+ years of progressive product leadership and management experience delivering enterprise level SaaS portfolios to global customers.
- Extensive experience inspiring, managing, leading, and developing outstanding people.
- Extensive experience in developing/delivering and managing a platform technology stack, developing data and analytics solutions, and leveraging AI to solve customer problems.
- Extensive experience in identifying and assessing a broad range of platform capabilities.
- Exceptional skills in thinking and executing strategically, tactically, and pragmatically to deliver value to customers and the business.
- Strong executive presence and interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork.
- Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to manage competing priorities and identify risks.
- High tolerance for ambiguity and openness to change.
- Track record of exceeding expectations leading the product management process, including visioning, customer/competitor research, strategic planning, business modeling, and product definition.
- The ability to lead presentations and reach agreements across teams.
