Job Description

• Design and lead integration plans for new initiatives and partnerships, ensuring operational alignment and value capture. • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, clinical, legal, finance) to ensure smooth execution and compliance. • Establish and manage KPIs to monitor the success of initiatives and partnerships and recommend adjustments as needed. • Manage operational and clinical teams as appropriate. • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with external partners, industry stakeholders, and key decision-makers. • Serve as the primary liaison for ongoing strategic relationships. • Manage stakeholders across different motivations to accomplish end goals. • Establish processes and clinical workflows that support meeting KPIs. • Test and implement new workflows to improve KPIs. • Manage on the ground partnerships to enable expansion of pilots to broader rollout. • Hire teams as appropriate to support expansion.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field required.
  • MBA or other advanced business degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, initiatives, corporate development, or business strategy.
  • Management consulting experience (e.g., with a top-tier firm) preferred.
  • Experience in healthcare services, home health, or hospice is a significant advantage.
  • Demonstrated success in evaluating, negotiating, and integrating partnerships.
