• Skillfully interview, assess, and screen an often high volume of incoming applicants, identifying promising candidates who align with our culture and requirements. • Maintain engaging communication with candidates throughout their journey, from initial outreach to offer discussions, including alternative assessment requests. • Work independently to screen candidates, manage interviewing schedules, and move candidates through the pipeline efficiently. • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR team in a variety of administrative tasks.
