Job Description

• Own the strategy, architecture, and day-to-day execution of revenue operations function • Design, implement, and continually optimize the end-to-end RevOps framework • Own the revenue tech stack strategy and architecture • Collaborate with the CRO and functional leaders to define and iterate on revenue models • Serve as primary administrator and systems owner for all GTM tools • Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity in Salesforce • Build and own all reporting, dashboards, and analytics in Salesforce • Partner with internal AI teams to test and deploy AI tools that streamline operational workflows

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years in Revenue Operations roles (Manager, Architect, or above)
  • Deep technical expertise in Salesforce administration, system architecture, integrations, and automation
  • Proven track record in maintaining high data quality standards in CRM systems
  • Experience owning and integrating complex GTM systems (HubSpot, Gong, Slack, Clay, Factors.ai, Unify, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in building dashboards and modeling revenue data
  • Experience supporting executive teams with board-level reporting and strategic planning
  • Demonstrated success in rolling out AI or automation solutions in GTM workflows
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced startup environment; a bias for action and ownership
