Job Description

• Manage CRM, ensuring data integrity and optimizing workflows. Own system governance, including user access, field structure, automation rules, and data hygiene standards. • Develop and maintain sales analytics reports and dashboards. Provide recurring pipeline visibility, forecasting support, and executive-ready reporting. • Document and continuously optimize key revenue processes including inbound lead management, customer onboarding and offboarding, contract workflows, KYC/KYB process management etc.) • Identify process bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions • Drive cross-functional collaboration to align sales, account management, marketing and customer success operations • Support sales planning and operations strategy development. Support annual and quarterly planning cycles, including territory planning, quota tracking, and performance analytics. • Conduct market and competitive research to support sales strategy. • Maintain data accuracy across CRM and integrated systems, ensuring alignment with finance and compliance reporting needs

Job Requirements

  • 4–6 years of total professional experience, including 2+ years in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related analytical role
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce or Hubspot)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Proven track record of process design, documentation, and optimization
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
  • Experience in financial services, fintech, or institutional (B2B) sales environments
