• Review applications to ensure candidate background, experience, and/or education align with minimum qualifications • Conduct candidate screenings via phone and resume review • Initiate background checks and assist with offer preparation and extension • Prepare pay models as needed • Manage and review formal resume submittals from job postings • Partner with hiring managers to ensure pipeline candidates align with departmental needs • Maintain consistent communication with HR Generalists and leadership regarding recruiting progress
