Job Description
• Responsible for executing public relations strategies to achieve client goals
• Day-to-day client communication
• Media relations, creative ideation, trend jacking, and project management
• Pull and manage media and influencer databases
• Identify new editor and freelancer contacts
• Draft and distribute pitches/press releases/media alerts
• Monitor for coverage
• Track client media awards programs
• Coordinate project/campaign/account timelines and deliverables
• Assist in research, planning, and execution of virtual or live press media & influencer press events
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 2+ years of PR agency experience in the consumer goods industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- A proactive, self-starter attitude with a passion for staying ahead of trends
