Job Description
Total AI Systems is a fast-growing SaaS company (5+ years in business) serving the consumer debt collection industry. We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager with real consumer collections leadership experience and a standout personality. This role is highly customer-facing.
You’ll lead live web meetings with customers, teach them how to use our software, and help them get meaningful results. Building rapport, communicating clearly, and educating customers are critical to success in this role.

Job Requirements
- Required Experience (Non-Negotiable):
- Hands-on experience managing consumer debt collection operations
- Background in third-party collection agencies or consumer collections at major lenders
- Solid understanding of consumer debt collection laws and compliance
- Experience training, coaching, or managing collectors
- Note: SaaS Customer Success experience is not required. Commercial / accounting collections backgrounds are not a fit.
