• Serve as the overarching liaison for multiple accounts
• Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
• Offer innovative solutions to new problems
• Maintain accurate client records and track updates
• Work with internal teams to oversee development of deliverables
• Analyze data to identify trends
• Provide strategic direction on the development of creative and media assets
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in a related field
- B.S. or B.A. in advertising, marketing, or business
- Proven track record of receiving positive customer feedback
- Government contracting experience required
- Professional certification is a plus
