Job Description

• You are the central interface between the business units and IT, ensuring that all technical requirements align with business objectives. • You are responsible for analyzing and eliciting as well as evaluating technical and business requirements. • You develop solutions through data and process modeling and create specifications using various modeling techniques such as User Stories, Epics, BPMN, and domain data models. • You hand over requirements to the development team and support the entire development process — from clarifying open issues to quality assurance and testing. • You help build and continuously develop a team of Business Analysts. • You support sales by using your expertise to develop tailored solutions, contributing to long-term customer relationships.

Job Requirements

You have at least 5 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, particularly in collaboration between IT and business, and hold a university degree in an IT-related field or an equivalent qualification.
You possess extensive knowledge in process capture, optimization, and modeling, as well as solid understanding of modern IT and agile project management methods.
You have deep know-how in writing User Stories and in supporting the software development process.
Experience in process modeling, ideally with Camunda, is an advantage.
You can communicate complex business and IT concepts clearly and competently, are able to work with customers and stakeholders on an equal footing, and can strategically classify their requirements.
You have business-fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
