Job Description
• Connect as the first point of contact for tier 1 calls
• Assist callers with the Marketplace health insurance platform
• Provide Enrollment Center call support for Brokers and Assisters
• Deliver excellent customer service with empathy
• Maintain high customer satisfaction standards
• Document and maintain systematic records of calls and customer interactions
• Achieve Customer Operations expectations for call quality and metrics
Job Requirements
- Colorado resident
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years prior, work-related experience in an automated Customer Service Center environment
- Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Basic technical troubleshooting knowledge
- Ability to effectively use computer software and technology
- Working knowledge of customer care processes, techniques, and call protocol
- Must be willing to submit to a criminal background check
- Remote, off-site work must have specific internet connectivity requirements
