Job Description
Job Requirements
- Proven experience (3+ years) in revenue enablement, sales/SDR enablement, operations, project management or a related field, preferably in a SaaS or technology company.
- Deep understanding of sales methodologies, CRM systems and ability to build reports and dashboards, and revenue enablement tools and technologies like outreach.io, Gong, Chilipiper, LeanData.
- Passion for deep product understanding, competitor knowledge and excelling working with product marketing teams on launch initiatives.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive informed decision-making and measure the impact of sales enablement initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Self-starter with a passion for continuous learning and innovation in sales enablement practices.
