Job Description

• Manage and optimize the revenue operations tech stack, including Salesforce, GA4, marketing automation, and Calendly • Serve as the Salesforce administrator, managing configurations, workflows, user permissions, and integrations to optimize sales and marketing operations • Develop and maintain marketing,sales, and customer success performance dashboards to track pipeline velocity, GRR, NRR, conversion rates, CAC, LTV, and attribution • Improve lead management and sales funnel efficiency, ensuring seamless tracking, nurturing, and handoff between marketing and sales • Implement and optimize marketing analytics, including GA4 tracking, UTM parameters, event tracking, and attribution modeling • Ensure data cleanliness and integrity across marketing and sales systems to support accurate reporting and decision-making • Collaborate with finance to optimize spend through forecasting, revenue modeling, and pipeline analysis • Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and customer success to optimize customer acquisition and retention strategies

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Analytics, Customer Success Operations or Sales Operations at a B2B SaaS or tech company
  • Experience managing CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot) and have worked as a Salesforce administrator or closely with Salesforce admins
  • Highly analytical, comfortable working with data, automation, and reporting tools
  • Strong experience with GA4, marketing analytics, lead tracking, and campaign attribution
  • Experience in building dashboards and reports to provide insights for marketing and sales teams
  • Understanding of lead flow processes and how to optimize marketing-to-sales handoff
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects across marketing, sales, and RevOps
  • Bonus: Experience with BigQuery, SQL, Python, or API integrations for advanced automation and data analysis.
