Job Description

• Own and optimize Notabene’s GTM tech stack; HubSpot, Gong, Clay, Apollo, and key integrations; ensuring clean, connected, and scalable systems • Turn data into decisions, building dashboards and insights that empower Sales, Marketing, SDRs, and Customer Success • Analyze GTM performance and model growth scenarios, identifying the highest-impact drivers of pipeline and revenue efficiency • Start with the “why”; use data to uncover what truly drives ROI across channels, helping prioritize where to focus resources and investment • Drive GTM enablement, equipping teams with the tools, data, and processes they need to execute efficiently and make informed decisions • Streamline GTM processes, improving lead flow, handoffs, and conversion visibility across the funnel • Drive data integrity and automation, ensuring accurate, consistent reporting and efficient workflows • Partner with GTM leaders to forecast, measure performance, and drive growth - with a core focus on accurate, data-driven revenue forecasting • Product-led sales; leverage our network data to enrich SDR outreach and sales motions; creating more tailored, insight-driven engagement that drives tighter deal cycles and higher close rates

Job Requirements

  • 3 to 7 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or GTM Analytics, ideally in SaaS or fintech
  • Deep experience managing and optimizing HubSpot CRM
  • Proven ability to analyze GTM data and communicate insights clearly
  • Experience with SQL, data visualization tools, or forecasting models
  • Strong understanding of sales and customer success workflows
  • Comfortable owning integrations and automation across tools
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator in a distributed team
  • Familiarity with tools like Clay, Gong, Notion AI, or HubSpot Ops Hub
  • Exposure to crypto, fintech, or compliance-focused SaaS
  • Implementing product-led sales flows
