Job Description

**Title **– Sr. HR Marketing Communications Specialist **Position - **Fulltime **Location **– 100 % Remote Work **Salary - **$Open (Best Possible)

Job Requirements

Requirements:**
Proven experience as a recruitment marketing specialist or similar role
Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media, etc.) and market research methods
Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools
Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite & CRM) and applications (Web analytics, Google AdWords, etc.)
Knowledge of HTML, CSS and web development tools (e.g. Dreamweaver) desired
Well-organized and detail oriented
Must possess a can-do attitude with a focus on continuous improvement of the candidate experience, while building the HGS Healthcare brand
Exceptional communication and writing skills
BSC/BA in marketing, communications or equivalent
Qualifications:**
At least 5 years’ experience in recruitment marketing or deep expertise in candidate sourcing
Strong social media recruitment experience is imperative
Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills
Good negotiation skills plus experience in purchasing/managing localized budgets
Proficient at Microsoft Office, Adobe PC/Mac operating systems
Use of creative packages would be an advantage (Photoshop/InDesign/PowerPoint etc)
A clear understanding of employment branding and communication strategies
Being able to work with minimal supervision and to manage deadline-based project work
Possessing good editorial and writing skills as well as the ability to work on numerous projects at a time
Creative disposition and problem-solving ability
Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects independently and simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities and timelines
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Excellent time management skills
