Job Description
• Coordinate interviews for recruiting staff, including initial reach out, adding to calendars, reaching out to individuals who no-call/no-show interviews and troubleshooting issues.
• Assist with the I-9 audit and moving files between the old HRIS system and the new system.
• Focus on ensuring all auto insurance and drivers' licenses are accurate and up-to-date.
• Answer basic HR questions and ensure professionalism and confidentiality in all aspects of the role.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources preferred
- Prior experience in HR required
- Previous experience in the investigative industry is helpful
- Strong ability to multitask and remain calm in emergencies
- Superb conflict resolution skills
- Ability to display integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality at all times
- Strong knowledge of laws and regulations
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Proficient in HRIS and talent management systems
