Job Description

• Develop and be responsible for engaging with hospital and health system sales leads • Manage their new business pipeline • Responsible for product demonstration and closing activities for Enterprise Health System new business • Point of contact for prospects and represent the SureCost brand • Demonstrate capabilities and ensure a smooth sales process • Cultivate large health system leads • Assess the needs, pain points, and quality of every lead • Capture all communications in our CRM (HubSpot) • Maintain constant contact with all active leads • Develop a strong understanding of the capabilities of our solution • Achieve aggressive performance goals and metrics

Job Requirements

  • Experience in Health System SaaS sales
  • Meeting and exceeding quota in a high-growth organization
  • Knowledge of pharmacy and/or supply chain operations, preferably in large health systems, AMCs and IDNs
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct presentations, manage questions, and respond to feedback
  • Strong empathy for customers AND passion to achieve revenue expansion and growth
  • Exceptional people skills and the ability to collaborate in a team environment
  • Excellent multi-tasking – able to handle multiple leads simultaneously
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize
  • Strong administrative skills are required to capture all communications in our CRM
  • Strong focus on learning and understanding the goals and strategies of our customers and prospects
  • Professional and respectful attitude and demeanor
  • Entrepreneurial, self-sufficient, self-driven, outgoing, and energetic personality
  • Thorough with attention to detail
  • Analytical and process-oriented mindset
  • Ability to travel (industry conferences and occasional sales meetings)
