Job Description

• Own and operate the day-to-day processes that keep our financial operations running smoothly • Manage the month-end close process with our external accountants • Support annual financial audits and coordinate deliverables with our auditors • Prepare data and track progress for tax filings across multiple jurisdictions • Maintain financial data hygiene • Own our payments and expense management systems • Lead cross-functional projects to solve operational problems as they arise • Identify opportunities to streamline or automate recurring workflows • Jump in to help with other operational areas when needed — we’re a small team, and we all pitch in

Job Requirements

You’re a high-performing operations generalist who enjoys learning new domains and getting up to speed quickly
You’re organized and detail-oriented — you get satisfaction from checking things off your list and can balance multiple threads of work
You’re comfortable working with numbers to get to the right answer
You build strong relationships with external partners and / or customers
