• Build and Evolve the Tech Ops Operating System • Establish and drive the operating rhythms that connect Tech Ops with the broader organization — including OKRs, planning cycles, and operating reviews. • Evolve product and technical planning frameworks (e.g., Now/Next/Later) to enable continuous planning, clarity across teams, and alignment across Product, Design, Engineering, Analytics, and Data Science. • Design and implement new systems and processes to support Virta’s rapid growth — ensuring our ways of working scale effectively as the organization expands. • Proactively identify gaps in operational excellence and lead solutions to close them — whether that’s improving cross-functional collaboration, strengthening communication practices, or establishing clearer decision-making frameworks. • Strengthen Team Culture and Focus • Partner with the Tech Ops leadership team to define and activate priorities around team culture, engagement, and development. • Design and execute Tech Ops offsites, forums, and communications that foster connection, clarity, and belonging. • Identify and elevate opportunities to improve how Tech Ops works — both within the organization and in partnership with other functions. • Drive Cross-Functional Strategic Projects • Lead special projects that cut across functions and evolve quarter to quarter. • Act as a strategic operator to diagnose bottlenecks, streamline cross-team workflows, and deliver actionable insights to leadership. • Ensure project goals, timelines, and outcomes are clearly defined, tracked, and communicated across stakeholders. • Serve as the Connective Tissue Across Tech Ops • Build alignment and trust across Product, Engineering, Design, Analytics, and other teams through exceptional facilitation, clear documentation, and disciplined follow-through. • Create visibility and cohesion by connecting information, decisions, and priorities across the Tech Ops ecosystem. • Act as a thought partner to Tech Ops and company leadership, helping translate strategy into effective execution.
