• Assist the lead tech manager in designing, building, and maintaining Salesforce applications • Support development of custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and Integrations • Troubleshoot technical and functional issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations in collaboration with the tech team • Configure and optimise Salesforce to meet evolving business needs (fields, objects, permissions, automations) • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into practical, scalable solutions • Apply best practices, scalability measures, and security standards consistently • Provide system support, documentation, and share knowledge with the wider team • Maintain a flexible and responsive approach to availability to address urgent matters when required
